]po[ Business Process Support

IT sytems nowadays needs to be flexible enough to balance both, change and stability.
While knowledge intensive business processes require flexibility, other, more standardized processes, can be supported with process automatization tools such as Workflow engines.

]project-open[ supports both worlds. Knowledge workers are given enough freedom to decide how a certain business goal can be achieved wheras a Perti-Net based workflow engine is available to support predefined process control structures. Moreover support is provided throughout the entire organization which included strategic and operational business processes.

In this section we would like to introduce you to some core processes and map them with the respective ]po[ modules. Please note that this selection represent only a subset of all processes supported. Also, due to the dynamics in the open source world, new modules find their way faster into the code repository than related information its way to this website.
