capabilities and the workflow components. Some of these best practices
are automatically touched when installing ]project-open[ in your

With an additional "Best Practices" consulting we would
identify the industry best practices that are most relevant to your
company and analyze them with respect to their benefits and their
implementation cost and present you with concrete recommendations.
Process Analysis and "Balanced Scorecard"
To better understand the performance of your organization we can
help you to identify your key business processes and to develop
a number of "indicators" that allow to gauge the performance
of your processes.
By grouping and weighting these "performance indicators"
we develop a "Balanced Scorecard" for you that allows
you to focus your attention on critical processes and that allows
you to identify threads early.
