Community Edition

Our community edition is the standard version of ]project-open[. It includes all freely available modules of ]po[ covering a large variety of processes like project planning, project portfolio management, CRM, financial controlling and timesheet management and is supported by a large community. This version is sufficient for small and medium-sized enterprises and being completely Open Source it is available free of charge. Anyone can download, install and run it without having to pay one cent.

Professional & Enterprise Editions

Many companies have advanced needs in terms of features they need for their daily work and support to keep their system running.
For all these enterprises we designed our new]project-open[Commercial versions. It includes the standard version of ]po[ and all of our closed-source extensions like advanced reporting and other modules usually required in larger organizations. Companies subscribing to our commercial versions are able to focus on their business activities while we handle maintenance and upgrades of ]po[ and ensure that the system is running properly.

Certified Stack: We have tested combinations of the OSS application stack and guarantee that ]po[ works smoothly on such certified systems.
Subscription based pricing: No upfront license needs to be paid. The subscription is commonly booked as software maintenance costs.
Migration Path: We guarantee that your data can be migrated between the releases of ]po[ Commercial Edition and provide migration tools to do so.
