Intranet Ticket Status

Used by the helpdesk package to define a status engine for tickets.

 

Normally, these status are set manually or via bulk options ("close tickets" => "Closed"). In a more advanced setup, a workflow will set these stati depending on user actions including approvals, quoting etc.


Constant Values

The following values are constants and should not be modified. However, it's OK to disable them and to add new stati.
