Intranet Ticket Type

Used by the helpdesk package to define different types of tickets.

 

The im_category.aux_string1 field determines the workflow that should be started if a new ticket of this type has been created.

 

Constant Values

Some of the following values are used as constants by the helpdesk package and its default configuration, so we recommend not to modify them, unless you know what you do. However, it's OK to disable them and to define new ones.
