Process Support by ]po[
The following ]po[ packages provide support for this process:
- Project Management contains the core PM features: Maintaining project base data and details, building hierarchical project structures of arbitrarily depth, grouping of projects (Portfolio), etc.
- GanttProject Integration allows to import and export project schedules to GanttProject and OpenProj
- Timesheet Tasks implements project tasks allowing to manage effort estimation on task level
- Materials - provides the "service type" per project task (i.e. "senior developer", ...), linking project schedules with the customer's price lists to evaluate estimated total costs
