]po[ Freelance RFQ

This package is an add-on to the Freelance package that allows a project manager to:

1. Select a number of potential freelancers who will receive the RFQ
   
2. Send notifications to the chosen freelancers to reply to and fill out the RFQ form  
3. After deciding on which freelancers to incorporate onto the project, based on their RFQ responses, assign them to the project 

This package is available in the Professional Editions .
