This package provides a comprehensive attendance management system.
Employees can independently log the start and end times of both work and breaks, regardless of the projects they are working on. In a second step, employees and managers can compare recorded attendance with time entries in the timesheet management system and the timesheet approval workflows.
The package is configurable to meet various legal requirements, including minimum and maximum durations for work and break periods. Violations to these rules are reported in all of the three GUI components that make up this package.
The monthly calendar view (right) displays work and break times alongside project time entries and absences such as vacations and public holidays.
Please note that inconsistencies are shown in red, allowing the employee to correct entries easily.
A report with drill-in capabilities compares attendance time with timesheet hours per time period and department, facilitating the work of the HR department and managers.
